If you choose Express Shipping that means staff will ship your order within 3 business days. Each Express Order goes through verification, which means staff will email you asking you to verify your Full Name, Date of Order, Amount of Order, Last 4 digits of the Debit/Credit card, and the Banking Institution associated with the transaction. FAILURE to respond timely to this request WILL cause the order to be delayed or cancelled WITHOUT a refund.

Shipped/Lost/Delayed Orders:If an order has been shipped to the address you have provided and the item comes back returned due to an “invalid address” or “missing unit/apartment number”or “street error” etc; you will receive an email from everythingfertility@icloud.com advising receipt of returned order. You will then have 24 hours from this notice to purchase the $9.99 shipping fee plus and convenience fee in order to have the item resent to you. If you have received notice, and have not responded or paid the reshipping fee your products will be placed back into inventory. If your order was returned due to a shipping error due to Everything Fertility, once the items are returned you would be notified and offered the option to have the product(s) shipped to you at no additional cost and or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
Lost/Damaged/Delayed USPS Orders: If your order gets lost by USPS, stolen, held, damaged or stuck in transit once shipped, YOU would be responsible to contact USPS and file a claim with USPS directly to locate the package and or be reimbursed. Staff at Everything Fertility SHIPS the order in the time frame the customer has chosen. DELIVERY to your home, and the integrity of the package ONCE IN USPS POSSESSIONis the responsibility of USPS once shipped.
