I understand that if I do not want to wait the extended amount of time that I could choose the EXPRESS Ship Option. I understand Express Orders WILL be shipped in 3 Business Days & delivered within 1 week of the order date. I understand Express Orders will be verified before shipping to reduce “friendly fraud”. I understand that FAILURE to verify this order will result in a delayed shipment OR cancelled order. I understand that forANY reason that I decide to cancel my order BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER delivery that I will NOT receive a refund. If your order was returned due to a shipping error due to Everything Fertility, once the items are returned you would be notified and offered the option to have the product(s) shipped to you at no additional cost and or receive a refund to the original method of payment. Lost/Delayed/Damaged USPS Orders: If your order gets lost by USPS, stolen, held, or stuck in transit once shipped, or damaged in USPS possessionYOU would be responsible to contact USPS and file a claim with USPS directly to locate the package and or be reimbursed.
