Shipping Policy

Shipped/Lost/Delayed Orders: If an order has been shipped to the address you have provided and the item comes back returned due to an “invalid address” or “missing unit/apartment number” or “street error” etc; you will receive an email from everythingfertilitybyhimikolei@gmail.com advising receipt of returned order. You will then have 24 hours from this notice to purchase the $19.99 shipping fee plus a convenience fee in order to have the item resent to you. If you have received notice, and have not responded or paid the reshipping fee, your products will be placed back into inventory WITHOUT A REFUND. If your order was returned due to a shipping error made by Everything Fertility, once the item(s) are returned you will be notified and offered the option to have the product(s) shipped to you at no additional cost and/or receive a refund to the original method of payment.

Lost/Damaged/Delayed USPS Orders: If your order gets lost by USPS, stolen, held, damaged, or stuck in transit once shipped, YOU will be responsible for contacting USPS and filing a claim with USPS directly to locate the package and/or be reimbursed. Staff at Everything Fertility SHIPS the order within the time frame the customer has chosen. DELIVERY to your home, and the integrity of the package ONCE IN USPS POSSESSION, is the responsibility of USPS once shipped.
